Thursday Night Market

First, you must complete the vendor application on Wai Kai Thursday Night Market Vendors Portal. Vendors are selected on a first come, first reserved basis. If the market fills, Vendors will be placed on a waitlist and contacted when availability opens up.

Only vendors selected to participate in the markets will be contacted. You can expect to receive a response within one week of applying. If you do not receive a response within that time frame it means that we have reached our maximum capacity for the market.  You will be put on a waitlist for future markets.

Products manufactured or designed outside of Hawaii, wholesale items. Too many of the same type of products. This includes but is not limited to: candles, subliminal message gifts on cups, tumblers or t-shirts, permanent jewelry, certain food items.
 
I received a response about my successful application and given a link to register and pay. I’ve completed registration and payment. What are the next steps? Stay tuned! Someone from our team will email you two weeks prior to each market date to provide set up instructions. If you do not receive an order confirmation after registration, please contact us.

Vendor's are responsible for choosing booth spaces upon registration. Location requests and/or movements cannot be guaranteed.

We do not currently allow booth sharing. Any violation will be fined $250.

Vendors must follow the load-in instructions and park accordingly.

Vendors are expected to promote the market through their social media. It is an asset to have an online presence in order to promote your business and the market. The market is responsible for promoting the event and getting coverage of the market. Please be sure to tag: @waikailineup and post your location of: Wai Kai for reposting.

Market is a rain or shine event. Refunds will only be provided if canceled due to force majeure events like extreme weather, emergency response plans or city & county enforcement.

No. Wifi, power, water hookups, and grey water removal are not available. Vendors should come fully self-sufficient.

Inverter whisper Generators are allowed, but only permittable in the designated locations. Food trucks and food trailers can use generators. The market encourages inverter whisper generators because they are much quieter and reduce emissions.

Yes. $1mill/occurrence + $2mill/aggregate listing necessary parties as additionally insured as listed in the Terms & Conditions.

No refunds are provided. It is possible to contact the organizer to inquire about a vendor waitlist (if we are sold out of space).

Yes, you can. It is the Vendor's responsibility to choose their booth locations when registering.

ABSOLUTELY! Wind is a constant on the property so please factor this into your setup. And YES it does rain in Ewa Beach, so be prepared for rain conditions as well. WKW is not responsible for any damage to your booth and items, however, we care about our vendors and your products, so please take proper precautions and prepare accordingly for potential wind!

Yes. We have lots of four-legged friends that join us for the market. All vendors and guests are expected to clean up after their pets.

No. Both alcohol sales and cannabis consumption offerings are strictly prohibited.
